TRESemmé and Evanie Frausto, King of Celebrity Hair, Crowns Cult Gaia Muses for the Brands NYFW Debut.
On Sunday February 15, 2026 The Knockturnal got to visit BOH with TRESemmé for Cult Gaia’s F/W NYFW debut. You could smell the sweet scent of spray as you descended into the space where stylists and models alike prepped and primped for the upcoming show. Lead hair stylist Evanie Frausto lead the TRESemmé team with styles spanning bohemian waves, middle parts, braids and buns. The hair style star of the show however was the Halo Braid. On collaborating with Jasmin Larian, Cult Gaia’s designer, on the looks for the show Frausto said he “loves to collaborate” Jasmin had the vision with Dina (show stylist) they “brought the vibes” combined with collection they created the iconic looks.

STEP 1
Prep hair with TRESemmé Protecting Heat Styling Spray
before curling hair with an iron to enhance the hair’s
natural texture.
STEP 2 Section out two little braids at the back of the hair, using
the TRESemmé Freeze Hold Gel to keep the braids clean.
STEP 3
Shape the braids by pulling forward and crisscross at the
front, bringing back around to form a halo shape. Pin
braids at the back.
STEP 4
Create a third braid at the back of the head, using the
TRESemmé A-List Collection Workable Hairspray to create a
softer and flowy effect.
STEP 5
To further enhance the hair’s natural texture, spray the
TRESemmé A-List Collection Dry Texturizing Spray and
TRESemmé A-List Collection Style Extend Dry Shampoo all
over.
