It is Oscar Weekend in Los Angeles and Hollywood has no shortage of glitzy parties leading up to Sundayβs 91st Academy Awards show.
On Thursday, Cadillac threw their annual pre-Oscars bash at the legendary Chateau Marmont right off of Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood.
If youβre not familiar with the Chateau, itβs a place where A-listers go to escape reality and be amongst fellow Hollywood elite. Cadillacβs decision to throw their Oscar bash at this iconic venue was probably intentionalΒ and definitely fitting.
Select guests rolled up to the bash inΒ Cadillac CT6 sedans and Escalades.
We’re guessing Allison Janney was one of them. She won theΒ Academy Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role last year for I, Tonya. We chatted with the actress who gushed about the film wearing a red Galvan jumpsuit. When we asked how this year was different to 2018βs awards season, Janney responded, βItβs a lot more relaxing!β
We also chatted with funny gal Tiffany Haddish who was quick to shut down Oscar hosting rumors. βIβm not hosting on Sunday because I might have said something in the past that Iβm not apologizing for… I donβt know?β As for how she preps for Oscar weekend? Haddish is a fan of Vacuuming – a workout she says she found on YouTube where you suck your stomach in and hold it for 30 seconds. The comedian has a pretty great Oscar Sunday tradition too -βTry to crash all the parties as possible.β
Same, Tiffany. Same.
We also chatted with John Stamos who was side by side with wife Caitlin McHugh. Not looking back on single life, the new parents said they try to have date night once a week.
Inside the party, champagne was flowing and Hors d’oeuvres like cauliflower bites, salmon, and mini grilled cheese sandwiches were passed around. Jesse Tyler Ferguson made his rounds chatting withΒ JohnΒ Stamos and Zachary Quinto. Hilary Swank and Allison Janney shared laughs looking at iPhone pictures and we are pretty sure Liev Schreiber and Tiffany Haddish are now BFFs – if they weren’t already before.
Cadillac is a proud sponsor of the Oscars for the sixth consecutive year. At the 91st Oscars, Cadillac will be debuting a new brand campaign, βRise,β highlighting its SUV portfolio and celebrating the brandβs legacy of innovation and perseverance.
