Style & Stilettos adds fashionable twist to weekend plans

Timed with the buzz surrounding The Devil Wears Prada 2 release, The Parliament at The Benjamin introduces its “Style & Stilettos” brunch.

The timing couldn’t be better. Just a day after our brunch, the stars of The Devil Wears Prada arrived in New York City. Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Stanley Tucci and Emily Blunt attended the world premiere at Lincoln Center for the highly anticipated sequel.

The cheeky brunch runs every weekend throughout May and costs $65 per person. It feels less like a “Runway assignment” and more like a “text your friends and commit to the moment” kind of plan. My glam friends were late, so I couldn’t help but think: by all means, move at a glacial pace.

“Style & Stilettos” brunch at The Parliment

Each guest selects a brunch entrée. Options include French toast, eggs Benedict, croque madame, and a veggie frittata. The menu keeps things approachable and satisfying, supporting the experience without overpowering it. Alongside the classics, a few playful dishes nod to the film’s legacy. A Jarlsberg cubed cheese platter opens the meal, nodding to Andy Sachs fueling up on cheese in the original The Devil Wears Prada.

Meanwhile, the drinks lean fully into drama. A shared cocktail arrives in a stiletto-shaped decanter. It feels bold, theatrical, and unmistakably on-brand. Florals for spring may not be groundbreaking, but this presentation certainly makes a statement.

Guests also receive themed take-home items. Most notably, there’s a “That’s All” makeup bag inspired by Miranda Priestly. In addition, a sheet of Miranda-themed stickers adds a playful touch throughout the table experience. And yes, devil horns are included—because commitment to the bit matters.

Meanwhile, the location reinforces the fantasy. The Parliament sits inside The Benjamin Royal Sonesta Hotel, just steps from Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale’s. The neighborhood mirrors the film’s fashion backdrop. Here, cerulean is never just blue.

Ultimately,  Style & Stilettos brunch  blends film, food, and a bit of fabulous chaos into one playful experience. For fans, it offers a stylish way to celebrate a cultural return. For everyone else, it simply works as a fun NYC outing. Either way, dress accordingly—maybe even in Cerulean Blue—because in this world, details still matter.

After speaking with the cast and with author Colleen Hoover herself, we learned that those three words are as much about the audience as they are about the movie.
