Summer is in full swing and there is no better way to beat the heat than with a refreshing cocktail in hand. And luckily, we have some delightful recipes and spirit recommendations for you to cool down with and get a little buzz this summer.

- 2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 60ml Crystal Head Vodka
- 4 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice | 120ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup | 15ml Simple Syrup
- Muddled Raspberries
- ½ oz. Cointreau | 15ml Cointreau
- ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice | 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
Method:
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add ice, shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass with pink sugar rim.
Red On The Runway
- 1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka
- ¼ oz. Campari | 10ml Campari
- ¼ oz. St. Germain | 10ml St. Germain
- ½ oz. Tart Cranberry Juice | 15ml Tart Cranberry Juice
- ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice | 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup | 15ml Simple Syrup
- Top with Soda
Method:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball with ice. Top with soda.
Tropic Like It’s Hot
- 1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka
- ½ oz. Campari | 15ml Campari
- ½ oz. Apricot Liqueur | 15ml Apricot Liqueur
- ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice | 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 ½ oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice | 45ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
- Pinch of Salt
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup | 15ml Simple Syrup
- Morello Cherry
Method:
Build ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into glass with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple leaf, cherry, and pineapple slice.
Pineapple In Your Pocket
- 2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 60ml Crystal Head Vodka
- 2 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice | 60ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz. Falernum Syrup | 15ml Falernum Syrup
- ¼ oz. Lime Juice | 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 5-6 Mint Leaves, muddled
Method:
Add ingredients to the cocktail shaker, muddle, and shake on ice. Double strain into a highball glass with ice. Garnish with mint crown and dehydrated pineapple ring. Add a colorful yellow straw.
Green Drama Queen
- 1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka
- 4 oz. Thai Basil Lemonade | 120ml Thai Basil Lemonade
Method:
Using a blender, add lemonade and basil and blend 1-2 minutes until liquid. Strain basil from the lemonade and discard. Fill a highball glass with ice and add Crystal Head Vodka and Thai basil lemonade. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
Blued Up
- 1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka
- ¾ oz. St. Germain | 20ml St. Germain
- ¾ oz. Blue Curacao | 15ml Blue Curacao
- ½ oz. Lemon Juice | 10ml Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Pineapple Juice | 10ml Pineapple Juice
Method:
Hard shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
Lady Lavender
- 1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice | 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz. Lavender Syrup | 20ml Lavender Syrup
- Muddled Blueberries
- Top with Sparkling Wine
Method:
Muddle ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake on ice. Double strain into a wine glass with regular ice. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with blueberry skewer.
What’s The T?
- 1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka
- ½ oz. Honey Simple Syrup | 15ml Honey Simple Syrup
- ¼ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice | 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¼ oz. Cointreau |10ml Cointreau
- Top with Black Tea
Method:
Build ingredients in a Collins glass and stir. Garnish with lemon.
Black Magic
- 2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 60ml Crystal Head Vodka
- ¾ oz. Blue Curacao | 20ml Blue Curacao
- ½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice| 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz. Crème de Briottet | 20ml Crème de Briottet

Build ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with dehydrated lemon or lime.

The ‘3-2-1’ Aperol Spritz
- Ice cubes
- Aperol
- Cinzano Prosecco
- Soda Water (served from siphon or chilled bottle)
- Slice of orange
Method:
In a stemmed balloon glass full of ice, combine 3 parts of Cinzano Prosecco followed by 2 parts Aperol. Add 1 part or a splash of soda water, stir gently if needed and garnish with an orange slice. The end result should be a uniform, perfect orange color.
And if you’re a fan of a fizzy drink, Belvedere Vodka has the cocktail for you called the Pineapple Fizz. With only a few ingredients, this is the perfect drink to cool down with.
Pineapple Fizz Cocktail
- 1.5 oz Belvedere Vodka
- .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- .2 oz Pineapple Juice
- Top with Hella Bitters & Soda
Method:
Place all ingredients, except Hella Bitters and Soda, into shaker and shake with ice. Strain into collins glass and top with Bitters & Soda.

- 1.5 oz Gin
- 1/2 Bottle Betty Buzz Tonic Water
- Squeeze of Fresh Lime Juice
- Lime & Mint Leaves
Method:
Add Betty Buzz’s American-made Tonic Water, gin and ice to a highball. Stir gently. Lightly slap the mint leaves in the palm of your hand then garnish glass with the mint and lime.
For the whiskey drinkers out there, there is a super simple cocktail to make with only two ingredients, Glenmorangie X and Ginger Beer. Glenmorangie X is the perfect whiskey for making cocktails with and was created for the cocktail lovers out there.
Glenmorangie X BBQ
- 2oz X by Glenmorangie
- 2oz Ginger Beer
Method:
Fill highball glass with crushed ice. Add X by Glenmorangie and ginger beer. Stir, squeeze 3 lime wedges over the drink, then use them to garnish.
And from our friends at Volcan Tequila, we have a delicious and delightful cocktail to try out called La Valoma.
LA VALOMA
- 2 oz Volcan Blanco Tequila
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- ¾ Oz Agave Syrup
- A pinch of salt
Method:
Combine Volcan Blanco, fresh lime and grapefruit juice, salt and agave syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a highball glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

- 3 ounces Double Cross Vodka
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
