Town Residential Hosts 5th Anniversary Party at TAO Downtown

After five highly successful years, TOWN Residential, founded by Andrew Heiberger, has every reason to celebrate in style. On Tuesday, December 15, 2015, TAO Downtown was taken over by TOWN for a massive holiday bash celebrating records and securing TOWN’s position as New York’s leading luxury real estate services firm.

Now deep in December, holiday party invites seem to be arriving by the handful daily, so one must choose carefully which to attend. But one invite that was a no-brainer was TOWN Residential’s 5th Anniversary party, held at TAO downtown, a sleek and spacious signature NYC spot known for its Asian-fusion dishes and exceptional drinks. An intriguing space sure, but the star this night was TOWN, now in its 5th year as a major luxury real estate services firm. The numbers will wow anyone: in five years, TOWN has moved $8.5 billion in total sales and leasing volume. That’s over 15,750 transactions, with over 3,800 sales and 12,000 rentals.

Perhaps a unique facet, TOWN has sold or leased 175 townhouses, 80 of those being in Brooklyn, begging the question, has Brooklyn finally made it? Jokes and staggering data aside, TOWN has plenty of reason to go all out for the holiday season. And did they, TAO saw nearly 1,000 guests including many major NYC real estate developers, TOWN representatives as well as New York Knick Langston Galloway, Fox News anchor Kimberly Guilfoyle, as well Mets Hall of Famer John Franco. The champagne was on a continuous pour, the Asian-fusion buffet with a wonderful variety of options stayed warm, the DJ spun deep into the night, and guests enjoyed performances by Sarah Charness and The Gus Fafalios Band. Here’s to another highly successful 5 years and beyond for TOWN Residential!
