Rae Sremmurd’s highly anticipated “SremmLife 2” will be released in August.
The Mississippi-based duoΒ Rae Sremmurd announced they will release their sophomore album on August 12, 2016.Β SremmLife 2Β is a follow-up to the platinum-sellingΒ SremmLifeΒ which featured hits like “No Flex Zone” and “This Could Be Us.”
Brothers Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi debuted their first album topping Billboard’s Hip-Hop/R&B charts.Β SremmLife scored the duo five platinum-sellingΒ singles, including theΒ Mike WiLL Made-It-producedΒ βNo Flex Zone,βΒ andΒ βNo Type,βΒ which is co-produced by Swae Lee.Β Mike WiLL Made-It is also a producer on the upcomingΒ SremmLife 2.
Rae Sremmurd were nominated forΒ the TopΒ Rap Artist by the Billboard Music Awards and Best Group, Best New Artists and Coca-Cola Viewers Choice Award at BET Awards in 2014.
