The countdown has begun. We are only 3 weeks away from experiencing the 5th anniversary of the best electronic music festival in Madrid. La Ciudad del Rock, Madrid, will be the home for yet another edition of this festival locals just can’t miss it. Taking place on the 21st and 22nd of June, A Summer Story brings a line-up that looks more promising than ever.
So, what makes A Summer Story so wonderful? You may be wondering…
Even though this festival has only a few years of existence, having its first appearance in 2015, it has been able to position itself thanks to its sizable stages and outstanding line-up. Even though some festivals start with a rather humbler line-up and work their way up, A Summer Story brought their A-game from the get-go, bringing artists such as Above & Beyond, Armin Van Buuren, Joris Voorn, Marco Carola, Modeselektor, between many others. What is so great about this festival is that not only do they have a wide variety of genres playing through the stages, but they bring the best of the business to play in each, so you can enjoy each genre at its best.
What to expect?
Throughout the 2 days, you will be able to experience 6 stages, each one very unique, with headliners that just by themselves, will make you want to attend. On the underground scene, we will have no other than the techno lord Carl Cox, joined by recognized DJs such as Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin, Amelie Lens, Oscar Mulero, Sam Paganini amongst many others. The mainstream stages will showcase names like Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Oliver Heldens, Above & Beyond, Nicky Romero, amongst many others.
