Panera Bread welcomes a new era and previews their new menu updates with a tasting experience!
Panera Bread hosted an event in Manhattan and welcomed a ton of influencers and press to check out their new menu features. On April 4, 2024, Panera well debut it’s nine new menu items and twelve menu updates to some of your favorites. “We really wanted to get back to the core of Panera. The soups, salads, and sandwiches that people know and love us for”, said Emily Freedman, Head of Culinary Innovation. For these updates Panera’s inspiration was their guests, by putting different items in front of sensory panels of consumers, they told the brand exactly what they wanted.
New menu items include Ciabatta Cheesesteak Sandwich, Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich, Tomato Basil BLT Sandwich, Toasted Italiano Sandwich, Mediterranean Chicken Greens with Grains, Balsamic chicken Greens with Grains, Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad, Ranch Cobb Salad, and Bacon Mac & Cheese. They also updated their classics such as the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt Sandwich, Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Buffalo Chicken Melt Sandwich, Toasted Frontega Chicken Sandwich, Bravo Club Sandwich, Grilled Chicken & Avo BLT Sandwich, Turkey & Cheddar Sandwich, Caesar Salad with Chicken, Greek Salad with Chicken, Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, Green Goddess Chicken Cobb Salad, and Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad.
In addition to tasting these innovative items at the event, guests got to indulge in photo activations, branded swag that included sweatshirts with embroidery, and a canvas tote that included a gift card. Panera Bread is offering more innovations for better value.
