For the first time in ‘Law & Order’ history, the series brings together its three casts to celebrate the groundbreaking premiere of a three hour long pilot episode in NYC!
NBC’s “Law and Order” brand combines all three of its casts together for a special one night of programming. The premiere event will help kick-off NBC’s broadcast season, intertwining the plot lines of “Law & Order”, “Law & Order: SVU”, and “Law & Order: Organized Crime” into one three-hour long story. The telecast was written by Law & Order’s very own, Rick Eid, and Gwen Sigan of “Chicago P.D.” The first two hours are directed by “Law & Order” brand veteran Jean de Segonzac and Alex Hall. The show is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, in association with Wolf Entertainment.
And of course, The Knockturnal attended the premiere event this past Monday, September 19th at the Capitale in New York City. We had the opportunity to interview cast members from all three series which are: Sam Waterson, Camryn Menheim, Hugh Dancy, Odelya Halevi, Mariska Hargitay, Ice T, Octavio Pisano, Christopher Meloni, Danielle Moné Truitt, Ainsley Seiger, Brent Antonello, and Rick Gonzalez. It was no surprise that the cast were all excited to see one another and to celebrate together in person!
