“After the show, the Lotte New York Palace hosted a reception for all attendees, serving a new cocktail named in my honor: the “Think-a-Drink.” It is now offered on the menu every Friday and Saturday night in the hotel lobby bar, Trouble’s Trust. The cocktail is tasty yet potent, incorporating Bulleit Bourbon, Nolet Silver Gin, Earl Grey syrup, Creme de Violet, fresh blackberries, and a sprig of rosemary.
