Adidas and Highsnobiety are collaborating to release a new take on the increasingly popular Ultra Boost.
Though it was initially marketed as a long-distance running sneaker, the Ultra Boost has become a staple in streetwear fashion as a lightweight, comfortable, yet stylish shoe. In the past, Adidas has made this unique sneaker available in various color schemes and classic black or white.
Now, Adidas and Highsnobiety have collaborated to make this contemporary sneaker available in a muted, lavender gray to emphasize its unique texture. Originally made with a plastic midfoot cage, this sneaker boasts a soft taupe knitted upper and a cage of real leather, giving it a subtle touch of luxury. This allows it to transcend the confines of “just an ordinary running shoe” to a stylish addition to your every-day wardrobe.
According to Highsnobiety, there will be a pre-release on April 2nd at 10AM EST/7AM PST. The Adidas x Highsnobiety Ultra Boost will be available through Highsnobiety’s online store, followed by a limited release on April 9th. Like the original Ultra Boost, this exclusive collab will run for $180.
