Music Will’s 2025 Benefit celebrated music teachers and students.
Music Will‘s touching evening invited a plethora of talented young musicians who have been positively impacted by the brand’s commitment to providing music education programs in public schools. The red carpet brought extra enthusiasm, as we saw preteens excitedly walk their first carpet with beaming pearly whites, while giggling and posing alongside their friends. They say, “If you can see [them], you can be [them],” and I’m sure that that’s exactly the mindset the students had when they got the special chance to meet Music Will’s honorees and proud ambassadors such as Wyclef Jean, Sara Bareilles, Kristin Chenoweth, and Jackson Browne. The energy was contagious as everyone posed together in a loving group picture.
It’s always a beautiful thing to witness the next generation of passionate creatives and to see them being supported by such a great company, so that they can continue to dream big. When it comes to what advice Sara Bareilles would provide the aspiring musicians and songwriters, she transparently shared: “The best advice I can give is, don’t be afraid to mess up! When you are in pursuit of truth, and what is true for you, it ain’t gon’ be great, out the gate! It’s gonna take some time to find what exactly your voice is.” We’re positive that whichever path the students choose, it will be a successful and thriving one.
