Salads such as the Salmon Superfood Salad with roasted fish that is delicately balanced with a healthy dose of omega-3s, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals as you dive into delicious sweet potatoes, fresh broccoli and arugula, pickled red cabbage and an organic quinoa & beluga lentil mix. The carrot ginger dressing will have you singing sweet songs of delight.
For vegetarian lovers we highly recommend the nourishing Thai Red Curry with creamy and mild red coconut curry sauce and roasted veggies including baby potatoes, cauliflower and carrots. Served over brown rice and topped with green onion. It’s spicy enough to give you a kick to get the rest of your afternoon going in style.
