8. Designers leaving brands:
2015 was littered with designers leaving their brands from Donna Karan stepping down to the heart breaking departures of Raf Simons from Dior and Alber Elbaz from Lanvin. Hopefully the new year will bring solidarity between creative directors and their brands or maybe there is a bigger change coming to the structure of fashion.
