R&B singer and songwriter Kevin Ross is preparing to release his upcoming album, Love Uptempo Vol. 1, on April 4, 2025. “I raise the question, what pace are you living your life at?” Ross shares about his latest new project.
The independent artist under his label, Art Society Music Group(ASMG)/Empire, continues to elevate R&B music in modern and nostalgic ways. Ross shares that listeners can expect high-vibrational R&B music consisting of mid- and high-tempos and his signature multivocal range in every track. His current lead single, “Love In the Middle,” will also appear on Love Uptempo Vol. 1.
Kevin wrote and produced “Love in the Middle” with Claude Kelly and Chuck Harmony in Nashville. Ross says, “I told them I wanted to do something for the blue-collar lover.” The song is an ode to all nine-to-five workers, sharing a deep appreciation for their contribution to society.
