We recently had the chance to sit down with new model Jordan Antrim of MSA Models to discuss crushes, shopping, movies and of course fashion.
Continuing my search for interesting models in NYC, I decided to contact my friend Barbie at MSA Models to see who is in town. She set up a casting at the office in midtown a few days later where I met some cool guys with great personalities and personal style. One of the guys that stood out at the casting was Jordan Antrim who I took the chance to do a little Q&A with. See below.
What made you want to start modeling?
I’ve always had a deep love and appreciation for the fashion industry.
Are you a morning person or a night person?
Morning, I love the sunrise.
Who is your celebrity crush?
Ryan Gosling
What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
Tattooing myself.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
I lived in Germany for 7 years and speak German fluently.
What’s your favorite store to shop at?
Secondhand and vintage stores.
What’s the best piece advice anyone has ever given you?
Always be open, humble and teachable.
Worst movie you have ever seen?
I’m very interested in acting and therefore find it difficult to be critical of film because I appreciate the process.
What was your favorite modeling job so far?
A presentation for Ralph Lauren at a polo match and after party in Paris. Our only job was to wear the clothing and enjoy ourselves.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? And why?
At this moment I’m in love with New York and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. The opportunity, drive and beauty of the city is unlike anything else.
