Hissa Haddad is a Middle Eastern designer who grew up in a house full of brothers, but loves her shoes. The whole line took two years to create being made of the finest materials in Italy.
The brand debuted during Paris Fashion Week at the Hotel Le Bristol where numerous stars were spotted for fashion week as well. The Capsule Collection consists of shoes that come in a variety of heel sizes and colors. The color scheme is specifically geared towards the colder months. Ranging from red to olive and brown to black. A unique color in the collection is a blue that in certain light could look like a green. Each shoe is made to be wider than most heels to be more comfortable on the wearer. The shoes come in a satin that are made with fine jewels that are all hand stitched on. These hand-crafted shoes also come with special inscriptions from the designer herself with little sayings like “Made for a Unique Lady,” and “May your shoes lead you to success.” However, these shoes aren’t that easy to get your hands on. Though the website isn’t expected to launch until early November, orders also take up to 15 weeks to deliver. This just means the shoes are being prepped just for the consumer. The smallest size the shoes comes in is a 36 and the largest is a size 42. There are ten designs in total that you can choose from and the jewels bring the kind of statement you’d want in a shoe.
The Spring/Summer ’18 collection is a variety of the same designs, but in a different color scheme. In this collection, there are a lot more pastels and a huge emphasis on lavender. This collection however cannot be ordered yet. For those of you who are looking to make a statement with your shoes, this is a designer to check out.
