Nowadays, staying healthy is everyone’s top priority amid the pandemic, but hip-hop artist, Styles P and his wife, Adjua Styles have made health and wellness their lifestyle for many years.
The couple’s passion and advocacy for healthy living has led them to opening a juice bar, Juices For Life which offers a healthy alternative to under-served communities. Juices for Life now has five locations in New York City. Additionally, Styles and Adjua founded Farmacy For Life, hip-hop’s first natural health food store. Their mission is to nourish people with nature’s vitamins, inform them about the benefits of health awareness and how it enhances their way of living.
In my exclusive interview, I spoke with the health and wellness experts about their ongoing initiatives highlighting under-served communities, what vitamins we should take during the pandemic, veganism, working out, and more.
The rapper has also been very vocal on the internet about his past record deal with Sony Music and the issues regarding his royalties and publishing payments. Styles gave advice for emerging artists looking to sign to a record label. You can watch the full interview above!
