ABC’s Queens has finally returned with the anticipated season 2.
The Knockturnal got the chance to sit down and talk with the amazing Robin Givens and chat a little bit with her about what it was like guest starring on such an amazing show like this, as well as if we would be able to anticipate any more cameos from her in the future. On season one of Queens we got to watch Brandy playing Naomi as she tried to reconnect with her bandmates from their hit 1990s hip-hop group while in their 40s. Once they reunite they have a chance to recapture their fame and regain their friendship once again. The show features an amazing ensemble with notable names like Brandy Norwood, Eve Jihan Cooper, Nadine Velazquez, Naturi Naughton, Pepi Sonuga, and Taylor Sele. Robin Givens, who also plays Jada Jet on CW’s Batwoman, appears in the first episode of season 2 as Eric Jones’s ex-wife who is in control of the last bit of the group’s shares.
