Last week GoldBar hosted Famous Dex’s Dex Meets Dexter album listening.
300 artist Famous Dex is geared up for the release of his debut studio album Dex Meets Dexter with an album release party. The Chandelier adorned space was not ready for Famous Dex and his energy that night. The venue was jampacked, filled with fans, writers and industry heads. Dex was all the way in the back celebrating and hyping the crowd before each track. The crowd was rolling up and turning up as well
One highlight from the night included Dexter personally receiving a gold plaque from Kevin Liles himself, for his record “Pick it Up” featuring Asap Rocky. Kevin Liles is the co-founder and CEO of 300. Dex showed love to Liles by attributing its success to him.
Leading up to the album release, coming April 6th, Dex also released new pop single “Light ft. Drax Project,” in addition to a lyric video accompanying the new track. With “Japan’s” hit release last week and “Light” releasing this week, Dex has been giving his fans exactly what they want leading up to this new album. Dex is giving his fans an all-new taste of his sounds and continuing to challenge himself as an artist on this upcoming project.
