Avaline
Avaline Red is an organic wine by Cameron Diaz and Katherine Power. Cameron’s favorite, this wine has a light to medium body with hints of cherry and a touch of spice. The organic Grenache and Syrah grapes that give this wine its irresistible flavor come from Bordeaux producer EthicDrinks, a certified carbon-neutral and plastic-free winery in the sunny Rhone Valley of France.
Donnafugata
Donnafugata, founded in 1983, is a family-owned winery and a leading example of authentic and sustainable winemaking in Sicily. Bell’Assai is 100% Frappato grapes, embodying a ruby red in color with violet reflections, radiating intense floral notes of freesia and lavender, followed by fruity aromas of strawberry and cherry. On the palate, it is fresh and fragrant with a soft tannin and a pleasant return of fruity notes.
Sonoma-Cutrer
Sonoma-Cutrer has been crafting wines since 1981 in the esteemed Russian River Valley growing region of Sonoma County, California. Today, their female-led winemaking team produces sustainable certified wines. As this wine is poured into the glass, you will notice its beautiful, dark ruby red color. This wine is a deep, rich ruby-purple hue. Classic in style, it shows an array of elegant aromas with notes of red berries, cranberry, cherry cola, savory spices, a hint of black tea, and fresh earth as well as sweet, spicy vanilla from the oak barrel aging. The wine is beautifully structured with smooth, fine tannins that add to the intensity of the warm spices and red berry flavors. It features a balanced acidity, a juicy core, and a medium length on the finish.
Colomé Auténtico Malbec
Colomé Auténtico Malbec 2022 – A tribute to our pioneers who planted the vineyards and opened the winery in 1831. Since then, the vineyards at Bodega Colomé have been grown with sustainable farming practices to achieve the “authentic” expression of the terroir. Harvested from our best vineyard located at 2300 meters, “Auténtico” is produced in the old winemaking style – ancient techniques such as pigeage (punch down) and no oak influence to retain freshness and purity of fruit.
Champagne Lallier
And if you are looking to enjoy some bubbles this summer, Champagne Lallier is excited to announce the U.S. debut of R.021 Brut, a new cuvée brought to life via a fresh campaign featuring culinary artist and longtime friend of the House, Laila Gohar. This latest addition to Lallier’s flagship Réflexion series is the first harvest to glass champagne from Chef de Caves Dominique Demarville, marking a new milestone for the brand.
Color: Fresh color with light yellow hues and a golden touch.
Nose: Very clear aromas, dominated by citrus fruits like lime and mandarin, completed by elegant floral notes. More mature notes, such as brioche or fresh hazelnut, complement the bouquet.
Palate: The attack offers great purity and freshness, with a very delicate salty sensation. Then, the power coming from the Pinot noir and the soft roundness typical of Meunier dominate the palate. The finish is long and deep, with a beautiful aromatic maturity.
Piper-Heidsieck
THE BRAND: Founded in 1785, Piper-Heidsieck has built a legacy of innovation, excellence, and history, beginning with Florens-Louis Heidsieck’s dream of crafting a “cuvée worthy of a queen”—a dream realized when Queen Marie Antoinette became its first ambassador. Today, Piper-Heidsieck is the most awarded Champagne House of the century, served in over 100 countries, and led by Émilien Boutillat, one of the youngest chef de caves of a major Champagne House. The first Champagne house to become B Corp, the House is dedicated to sustainable viticulture, holding dual certifications for its vineyards and partnering with eco-conscious growers across 319 crus throughout the Champagne region. With a red-carpet reputation spanning Hollywood to Cannes, Piper-Heidsieck continues to champion cinematic arts while embodying timeless luxury and environmental stewardship.
THE WINE: An emblematic multi-vintage champagne, elaborated from a blend of more than 100 crus sourced from three grape varieties of Champagne. The Chardonnay and Meunier enhance the Pinot Noir, offering the welcome freshness and crispness to the blend of this iconic cuvée.
TASTING NOTES: Boasts a fresh, elegant, and harmonious profile. Its nose offers delicate notes of pear, white peach, citrus, and orange blossom. The palate also reveals aromas of toasted bread, fresh almonds, and mint.
PAIRS WITH: Fresh tagliatelle, pan-fried king prawns, white butter sauce with champagne. Additional recommendations include steak tartare, young comté, courgette flowers, feta cheese, and spelt.
Rare Champagne
The BRAND: Rare Champagne boasts a noble origin dating back to 1785 when Queen Marie Antoinette tasted the House’s first cuvée. With limited production, Rare Champagne stands as a regal rejection of convention. Since 1976, only 14 vintages have been released. The brand’s Cellar Master, Émilien Boutillat, blends Chardonnay for its minerality and Pinot Noir for its power and silkiness, both from Montagne de Reims, creating a complex and pure style. Recently achieving B Corp Certification, Rare Champagne underscores its commitment to social and environmental excellence.
THE WINE: Rare Millésime 2013 expresses the house’s signature, blending minerality with a tropical twist, in two stages. Despite its initially reserved appearance, this vintage unfurls delicious notes of pastries and spices in a saline tension that is both noble and full-bodied.
TASTING NOTES: The dual personality of Rare Millésime 2013 is confirmed in the mouth: smooth and vibrant, indulgent and dynamic. Its full-bodied attack reveals hints of meringue, whipped cream, and marzipan. Kumquat, blood orange, and kiwi then provide a refreshing tonicity. On the finish, the comforting texture of Rare Millésime 2013 appears as an aromatic and smoky indulgence punctuated by a freshness and a subtle bitterness. Rare Champagne’s iconic signature of tropical minerality is expressed differently in Rare Millésime 2013, extended by a plump and prolonged aftertaste.
PAIRS WITH: Seafood platter, roasted scallops, kumquats and pomegranate with coriander, accompanied by an apple, lemon and ginger jus. “Aguachile” seabass tartare, kiwi, and cucumber. John Dory ceviche, pomegranate, olive oil, and lemon lentil dahl, minted yogurt. Lemon sorbet.
Château Sainte Marguerite Symphonie 2024
Created in 1999, the Symphonie cuvée is the fruit of mastered expertise. A beautiful composition of aromas, perfect for discovering the style of the château’s wines. Beyond its finesse and freshness, it stands out for its harmony. This Cru Classé rosé wine from Côtes-de-Provence – certified organic and vegan in France- expresses the diversity and richness of the terroirs of the Côtes-de-Provence AOC. *Côtes-de-Provence controlled appellation.
