‘She Said’ is an empowering and profound film from start to finish, displaying the power of investigative journalism and the rise of the #MeToo Movement.
The film stars Two-time Academy Award nominee Carey Mulligan as Megan Twohey and Zoe Kazan as Jodi Kantor, two New York Times reporters who together broke one of the most vital stories in history. She Said follows the journey of the reporters as they uncover the truth and shatter decades of silence around the matter of sexual assault in Hollywood. Through the incredible efforts and commitment of countless journalists and editors, a national conversation began and American culture was altered forever.
In addition to Mulligan and Kazan, the film also stars Patricia Clarkson, Andre Braugher, Jennifer Ehle, and Samantha Morton, among others. Emmy winner Maria Schrader directs the film written by Rebecca Lenkiewicz. She Said is executive produced by Brad Pitt, Lila Yacoub, Megan Ellison, and Sue Naegle.
