Basketball Hall of Fame Katrina McClain Award Aneesah Morrow was nothing but net during a Raising Cane’s visit on April 11.
The projected top 10 WNBA Draft pick who is one of the hottest college basketball players on the scene sizzled during a coveted “shift” at Raising Cane’s Astor Place in New York.
The LSU sports icon played a little hoops at the world’s fastest growing franchise that was the perfect speed for the USA Today’s SEC Player of the Year, SEC Defensive Player of the Year, SEC All-Defensive Team, and only unanimous All-SEC First-Team selection.

“LSU has been a big part of building my brand and being here at Cane’s today is so special,” Morrow reflected to media during her shift. “Cane’s was my first meal at LSU and it was so good. I have a lot of experience going to Cane’s after practice with my teammates. My go-to order is the Box Combo, no slaw, extra fries and extra toast.”

Morrow served up fans hot and fresh box combos from the front counter while also working in the kitchen. It was all with good sportsmanship when they came to out for delicious food and a few autographs to take home during the WNBA Draft weekend.
