Treefort Music Fest truly has something for everyone.

The four-day-long extravaganza is reason enough to travel to Boise, Idaho, and we can’t wait to see these outstanding musical acts. From Sept. 22 to 26, the beloved annual festival takes over the town with events hosted in the Idaho State Museum and local shops like doughnut pub Guru Donuts. Better yet, the lineup is expertly curated for any indie music lover. Japanese Breakfast headlines the festival, along with The Marias, Lake Street Drive, and Calexico. Attendees can groove out to the soft sounds of Tennis, or rock on with Built to Spill, before discovering dozens of local bands. There really is an abundance of talent at Treefort, and the jam-packed festival schedule keeps the party going with acts jumping on stage as late as 1 a.m.

In addition to music, Treefort hosts fun, interactive events like Board Games and Brunch, and workshops ranging from Music and Mental Health for Everybody to Yin Yoga, and conversations around the Art of Travel Writing. Catered towards a multi-hyphenate artist, Treefort nourishes the mind, body, and soul for a well-rounded holistic festival experience.  Where else can you master screenwriting before jumping into a mosh pit? Festival subsections like Filmfort and Foodfort add to the multilayered long weekend.

The Treefort lineup is certainly not to be missed. And better yet, kids are admitted free! There are even a la carte passes available starting at $30 to attend certain segments of the festival. If you’re planning on being there all weekend long (because, why not?!), tickets begin at $150.
