Hot new rising star, Daya released her second single from self-titled EP.

After making a mark with her breakout song “Hide Away”, which has gathered more than 110 million streams on Spotify and has nearly 10 million view on its music video, emerging star Daya has just released her second single “Sit Still, Look Pretty” from her upcoming debut self-titled EP.
The single is already making a bee line up the iTunes Pop Chart and entering the Top 50 on the radio across the country, with additional support from SiriusXM’s “Hits 1 Hitbound” and “Hits 1 Artist to Follow” programs.
The classically trained seventeen-year-old worked closely with songwriter and song’s producer, Gino Barletta to bring “Sit Still, Look Pretty” to life, which has already surpassed 7.5 million streams on Spotify.
Daya is also nominated for Best New Artist at the 2016 Radio Disney Music Awards, is featured on The Chainsmokers’ single “Don’t Let Me Down” (which has over 54 million streams on Spotify and has entered the Billboard Hot 100 Chart) and is touring the country, including stops at The Studio at Webster Hall in NYC and a sold out show at The Club at Stage AE in her hometown Pittsburgh, PA. Daya also made an appearance at the White House for their annual Easter Egg Roll.
Even with all this on her plate Daya shows no signs of slowing down after Rolling Stones and InStyle named her one of the “10 New Artists You Need to Know” and one of the “6 Indie Artists You Should Be Listening to in 2016” in January and March.
