The delightful property just recently hosted a special event at the legendary The Osprey. Partnering with Peloton’s Kendall Toole, the incredible Earth Month edition of the restaurant’s ongoing dining series, A Supper That Sustains Us showcased nights of remarkable food and drinks along with stimulating conversations and enlightenment.
The Osprey’s Chef Dan Churchill, and Kendall curated the specialty tasting menu which highlighted farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients crafted around nutrition and nourishment, keeping in tune with The Osprey’s zero-waste practices.
Refined and truly delicious, the grand menu featured spectacular work by the creative culinary team. Collaborated to craft a truly remarkable dining experience with a three-course tasting the inviting dining room served up to guests at the luxe party Seasonal Focaccia followed by mains of Mushroom Agnolotti with porcini-cashew cream filling, spring peas, wild mushrooms, radishes, pickled shallots, fine herbs; Crispy Ocean Trout with barley, pine nuts, parsley, and chives; Rotisserie Spring Chicken with sugar snap peas, gremolata, and fennel. Sides of Broccolini with honey lemon butter and crispy garlic were tasty along with a memorable Leafy Green Salad with arugula, watercress, butter lettuce, fine herbs, toasted seeds, and shallot vinaigrette.
Desserts included Olive Oil Cake with EVOO infused cake, seasonal citrus, honey, and Chantilly and Peaches & Cream with local peaches, berries, coconut, mascarpone, and lemon curd. Plates were emptied and left guests filling full and satisfied knowing they were part of an epic meal that mattered. The dinner benefited The Jed Foundation, a nonprofit that protects emotional and mental health for teens and young adults.
