And the Main Runway Show took off featuring the first unique showcase of women’s leather handbags and apparel line, TRADE by Gina La Morte. The Nolcha Shows are notorious for bringing together fashions of the world onto one runway. Dressed in traditional ikat woven fabrics and designs, Yurita Puji brought the elegance and grandeur of Indonesian women’s wear to Chelsea, New York City. Adorned in the traditional jewelry and headdress of Indonesian fashion, the gold detailing and stitching of the garb stole the night. Nothing compared to the intricate delicacy of Yurita Puji’s collection of Indonesian textures and fabrics.

The spice of the night came from new creative line, Neubyrne by Martha. Her playful take on the streets of Hoi An, Vietnam brought out the rock to your roll. Inspired by her travel and exposure to broader cultures and ways of life, this designer has something to say after battling a traumatic brain injury from a horrific automobile accident. Through her energetic collection, nothing can stop her from taking the world by the frills.

The most buzzed about show of the night were the elegant musings of Chasity Sereal. This women’s evening fashion wear and modern bridal line evoked a euphoric sense of Spring. Dressed in enthralling florals and rich plum ballgown motifs, models glided down the runway like the spring nymphs from classic mythology.

The Nolcha Shows created a story of Spring time from various areas of the world. Designers created a new color palette for Spring 2018.
