West Hollywood officially welcomed a new dining destination on Friday night as Très LA Bistro & Café hosted its Grand Opening Debut inside the iconic Pacific Design Center.
The French-inspired concept brought together tastemakers, entertainment figures, and hospitality insiders for an evening centered around elevated dining, cocktails, music, and immersive design.
Designed by Très LA Group Founder and CEO Alan Dunn, the new restaurant blends classic European bistro culture with contemporary Los Angeles aesthetics. Located within the Pacific Design Center, Très LA immediately positions itself as one of the more visually ambitious hospitality concepts to arrive in West Hollywood this year. Guests entered through the San Vicente Boulevard entrance of the Pacific Design Center before stepping into a space that leaned heavily into cinematic ambiance, combining warm lighting, upscale Parisian-inspired décor, and a social atmosphere that felt equally suited for dinner service and nightlife.

The celebration also drew a notable guest list that included Delilah Belle Hamlin, Michael Cimino, Tyler Posey, Rachel Lindsay, Nolan Funk, Casper Smart, Renata Notni, and Sami Miro among others from television, film, fashion, and reality entertainment. Reality TV personalities and streaming stars were also heavily represented throughout the night, including cast members from Netflix series such as Perfect Match, Too Hot To Handle, and Age of Attraction, adding to the industry-heavy energy surrounding the launch.

More than just a traditional opening party, the evening felt like a statement introduction for the Très LA brand as it expands deeper into Los Angeles hospitality. From the presentation of the cocktails to the pacing of the music and flow of the room, the experience leaned into the idea of creating a destination rather than simply opening another restaurant. With its mix of European-inspired hospitality, nightlife energy, and design-forward presentation, Très LA Bistro & Café appears positioned to become a new staple within the West Hollywood dining scene heading into the summer season.
