The Secret To How Gabrielle Union Ages Gracefully

Growing up I never saw anyone that I truly identified with until Gabrielle Union hit the scene. She was and currently is a fierce, dark skinned, stunning woman who inspires so many people including myself.

The breakout role that introduced her to the masses was the iconic “Bring It On”. She indeed did bring it all to the scene which skyrocketed her to create such a wonderful and long lasting career.

Throughout her career she has given us many reasons to fall in love with her. From her outspoken words and her heart filled books like “We’re Going to Need More Wine”, and “You “Got Anything Stronger?”. She has continued to shine light on all things mental health, love, family, and now even menopause.

As many of my think, menopause isn’t anything that any of us have to deal with until we’re in our 50’s however, according to Clearblue as well Gabrielle this is a misconception. Gabrielle shares that when she was 37 years old she was premenopausal. She said that “I would go to sleep and wake up drenched in sweat and had no idea why, or sometimes even wake up so sad for no reason”.  All of these are small signs of being premenopausal, and now Clearblue has a menopause stage indicator which includes test sticks as well as their Clearblue app that can help diagnose all stages of menopause. Which is wonderful and will help all women  better prepare themselves at every stage.

If you’re someone who is potentially premenopausal make sure you look into the new Clearblue app and check out the full interview here of Gabrielle Union on her thoughts, experiences, as well as her transition to 50.
