The Kimberly Hotel Hosts Spring Soiree At Their Gorgeous Upstairs Cocktail Bar

Upstairs at The Kimberly is going to be the best summer rooftop spot in NYC

On Thursday, April 11th, The Kimberly Hotel hosted an intimate event to celebrate the start of Spring. This Spring Soiree was held at the lush and elegant Upstairs at The Kimberly where guests were able to drink and sample delicious sweet and savory bites provided by Executive Chef Cristian Flores. The Kimberly’s Spring Soiree also featured a number of incredible acts and performances such as a lively music set by DJ Carlos, an electric violin performance by Lourdes Rosales, and mental-tricks from magician Richard Torres.

And since the warm weather is approaching, every New Yorker is searching for a rooftop bar to relax and unwind in.  And Upstairs at The Kimberly is just the place. Located just 31 stories above ground, this bar and lounge features incredible green walls with bronze panels that frame the New York cityscape beautifully.

This chic interior is the perfect place to grab a drink, chat with your closest friends, and take in everything that New York City has to offer. It also offers a private media lounge ideal for smaller affairs that’s equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual media, a private bar, and oversized windows offering Northern and Eastern views.

Upstairs at The Kimberly also serves as an incredible bar and lounge location and the Spring Soiree event featured some of the cocktails that the Upstairs offers guests. First up was The Watson which blends gin, muddled cucumber, white cranberry, and lime together to deliver a refreshing cocktail that brightens your palate. Another favorite was The Electrolyte which is made with Absolut Watermelon Vodka, pineapple, fresh muddled watermelon, and sour mix which created the perfect beachy cocktail that you can enjoy in the city. And for those that like a little heat and kick in their cocktail, the Cilantro Sol is the perfect option. This drink blends Casamigos Blanco, cilantro, pineapple, ginger, chili pepper, and lime together for a perfectly balanced sweet and spicy drink.  This a spicy margarita but much better.
