Steve Gold Presents Baz Luhrmann’s Gramercy Masterpiece, Featuring GROHE’s Luxurious Touches

It was recently featured on Netflix’s Selling the City, the dramatic new series that explores New York’s high-stakes real estate market and features Gold among its prominent agents.

Owned by acclaimed director Baz Luhrmann (Romeo + Juliet (1996), Moulin Rouge! (2001), The Great Gatsby (2013), Elvis (2022), the property exemplifies the intersection of history, artistry, and modern design.
