Hosted by award-winning actress and my fellow GOSSIP GIRL alum Kristen Bell (who is also up for a SAG Award this year for her breakout hit, NOBODY WANTS THIS), the 31st Annual Screen Actors Awards will stream live globally on Netflix Sunday, February 23 at 8pm ET / 5pm PT. Produced by Silent House Productions in partnership with SAG-AFTRA, the show will be held at The Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall.

This year’s awards show will be a “Love Letter to Los Angeles” following the heartbreaking wildfires that roared through LA and throughout Southern California this past January.

And yesterday, SAG Awards and SAG Awards Executive Chef David Chang unveiled the elegant menu the stars would be enjoying during the show. Media were invited to get a sneak peek of the event, chat with the producers, sponsors, SAG Award Ambassador, and even get to connect with one of the big stars of the night… the coveted award itself, appropriately nicknamed “The Actor.”

The Michelin-starred chef, in speaking about the menu, added “This has been a challenge that we’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure out and it has to be fun, it has to be a little bit different, and also something that’s approachable.”
