Royal Favorite Nonie Debuts F/W ’19 Collection

Canadian brand Nonie quickly became the hottest name in effortless style after Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle donned the brand’s pink trench coat dress last July.

This season, Nonie stayed true to its roots, debuting a Fall/Winter collection that oozed French-inspired simplicity. Models strutted the runway at Spring Studios to Serge Gainsbourg and Brigitte Bardot’s “Bonnie and Clyde” in earth-toned draped ensembles.

The menswear-inspired collection included mustard rust cargo-styled outfits, wool grain wraps, suede leggings, and delicate closet-ready frocks. Tight-fitting high-waisted skirts complemented the strong tops, a natural pairing.

A black eyelet asymmetrical button-up long sleeve dress paired with black booties added a flowing femininity to the show, and the standout navy floral-printed maxi dress with light ruffles peering through a wool vest perfectly epitomized the entanglement of the Bonnie and Clyde lovers.

Designer Nina Kharey took a much-deserved bow to close out the runway. There’s no doubt Duchess Meghan will be wearing Nonie’s collection come fall.
