The beautiful restaurant located at  424 N Canon Drive is everything you imagine the neighborhood could offer up. If you are visiting town, the iconic setting can be perfectly enjoyed when you sit at a sidewalk table here and indulge in delicious dishes and fantastic drink selections.

Sit back in the cool California breeze as you have chilled white wine wine or a fantastic Espresso Martini as you people watch and see all the beautiful people. You may even catch a glimpse of one of the many A-list celebrities who frequent the tony location. It is the place to be, but it’s not a scene. It is enjoyable and friendly, but certainly does not lack in luxury points. It’s just glorious to be in a place that feels so rich in decor and design while maintaining a feeling of sophistication. It mixes so elegantly with the whole vibe on top of what can only be described as topnotch service.

Owner Peter Garland

The one advice for selecting your entree is ask your knowledgeable staff assigned to your table. They are so sweet and also passionate about their jobs. They take such pride in making sure you are happy and satisfied. If you must select based on this reporter’s choices we must say that The Porta Via Salad with organic butter lettuce, shaved sweet onion, fresh dill & chervil, avocado & French feta is everything you envision the perfect California lunch to be. Of course, do not pass up the considerations of the famous Bistro Burger as well as a Vegan Burger option. Breakfast and dinner are just as superb.
