This weekend in Bridgehampton a polo match made an elegant, socially-distanced appearance.
The intimate gathering hosted a small group of about 25 attendees who came to the game in fashionable masks.
Social Life Magazine hosted the soiree at the grand grounds owned by power couple Maria and Kenneth Fishel. In individual pop-up tents, guests enjoyed Hampton’s summer delights by Elegant Affairs of dishes including fresh corn, chicken, and potatoes as they sipped rose wine and Chopin vodka.
Philanthropist Jean Shafiroff was honored for her latest cover landing on Social Life as the polo game commenced. Notable attendees enjoyed the gorgeous setting sun as the match played out on the lush Hamptons field. The game was surrounded by decked out BMWs on display, as well as information from the Turks and Caicos safe traveling information booth and Boar’s Head specialty menu items.
All and all the Social Life Magazine event of the summer on the beloved Fishel property was more than a party – more than a properly social-distanced small event.
It was a moment of hope this summer in the Hamptons. It was a moment of love that the world needs more than ever today.
