In celebration of the world premiere of “Power Book IV: Force”, STARZ hosted a star-studded, intimate premiere on Pier 17 in New York on Friday, January 28.

The afternoon and evening screening attended by executive producer, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, and series star, Joseph Sikora, as everyone got the chance to see the first episode of Force. New York’s snowstorm could not stop the stars from attending the premiere. The event was hosted in Jackson and Sikora’s cabins, where guests enjoyed views of the iconic Brooklyn Bridge while also watching the first episode.

When they entered their cabins, they were presented with the hit music video for “Power Powder Respect,” the “Power Book IV: Force” theme song performed by 50 Cent, Jeremih and Lil Durk, and directed by Eif Rivera. Guests snacked on Chicago-style hot dogs, pizza, salad, mac & cheese, and Garrett’s popcorn as they viewed the series premiere episode, enjoyed signature cocktails, including Jackson’s Branson VSOP, and sipped on Jackson’s Branson VSOP.

It has been a long while since I was last at that location. So the way it was set up for the viewing, caught me by surprise. Even with the ongoing pandemic, the turnout was a success! “Power Book IV: Force” takes place in Chicago so the cold weather and the snow really fit the atmosphere of the event.

New episodes of “Power Book IV: Force” premiere on all STARZ platforms on Sunday, February 6.
