On the Scene: Ksubi x Hidji Debuts Second Capsule Collection at NYFW

The second collection comes two years after “Seven Deadly Sins.”

On September 7, Ksubi x Hidji unveiled their latest collaboration at the old Opening Ceremony store in Soho. The installation comes two years after their last collaboration. The second collaborative collection, “Family and Friends.” consists of 27 pieces of men’s and women’s clothing with the trademark Ksubi print.  The inspiration for the collection was “the school yeard and childhood innocence.”

Founded in the ’90s, Ksubi is a premier Australian brand known for its colorful streetwear and distinct prints. With stores across North America, Europe, and Australia, the brand has grown tremendously over the last few years to be a staple name in the design realm.

The pop-up is additionally in collaboration with Travis Rogers of DNTWATCHTV who designed and produced an art installation for the space. The pop-up also showcases the talent of 10 international emerging artists. The Ksubi x Hidji limited-edition collection will remain on display at the pop-up until September 11.
