Molly Hatch Collaborates with Cheeky for Target

The legendary Greenwich Pottery House hosted artist Molly Hatch for a pottery painting event in celebration of her collaboration with Cheeky Brand for Target!

The collection features adorable and unique designs by Hatch on Cheeky paper and plastic plates, cups and napkins with a meal being donated for every sale to Americans in need via Feeding America. Cheeky’s founders (none of whom are American by birth) are passionate about the country in which they’ve found their success and are looking to give back. With a staggering 1 in 6 Americans facing hunger their efforts are much needed.

Cheeky started up less than a year ago and has already launched three collections with different designers including their latest with Molly Hatch. Cheeky believes in shopping with a purpose and their goal is to help end hunger by donating a meal for every sale. Their slogan is “Eat. Drink. Think.” and it sums up their identity as a brand with a humanitarian awareness. Molly Hatch’s first love was ceramics but since her early years showing work at Greenwich Pottery House she’s expanded her repertoire to designing as well. She has had product in Anthropologie and now Target and has published a book of her drawings. Greenwich House began in 1902 as an organization to help immigrants adjust to life in America. It has since expanding to include social services, arts and education. They have sports teams, educational programs and art classes including pottery which Hatch was once involved in.

The designs that Molly Hatch created for Cheeky are fun and bold. They sometimes take inspiration from Hatch’s background with pottery and at other times are simple and youthful. The exciting colors and patterns are a fun way to add character to any BBQ or party, or even to just brighten up your own day. The collection includes small and large paper plates, bowls, napkins, plastic cups, and coffee cups and it is available now at Target! Get some in time for your Labor Day BBQ to keep guests talking about your fun and unique style.
