M. Night Shyamalan and Cast Talk ‘Servant’ Season 4

Whenever a series comes to an end, emotions and energies are always aflutter. There’s bound to be the mix of nostalgia as the show’s stars poetically reminisce on how they’ve changed and grown over the course of the production as well as the reveal of long held feelings and anecdotes about the experience.

With the finale of Apple TV’s Servant, led by the esteemed M. Night Shyamalan, on the horizon, it was all smiles. We got to interview most of the cast of the upcoming season at the red carpet event held in New York and it was great fun to say the least. I expected some, such as Nell Tiger Free, to reflect positively on her time on the show, describing it as a major growing experience. However, what I didn’t expect was how much fun everyone would’ve had.

The one constant thread that stuck out, regardless of who I met on the red carpet that evening, was that the entirety of the cast and crew described it as the most fun set they’ve ever been on. It’s not uncommon to describe the show you’ve done for years as fun, but when venerable veterans like Boris McGiver are describing it as the most fun set he’s been on in thirty years, it’s something of note. That fun and enjoyment of the cast is definitely reflected in their camaraderie and I hope it continues as their show’s final season premieres starting tonight, January 13th, on Apple TV.

Now here’s the clip of the Knockturnal team interviewing the cast and crew of The Servant at the New York Premiere of their final season:
