Michelin-Starred Le Jardinier New York has announced a series of upcoming events throughout the next few weeks, including a luxury wine pairing dinner with Opus One and Chef Lab by Bastion, which entails private one-of-a-kind cooking experiences with the Michelin-Starred chefs at the restaurant.

[Chef Lab by Bastion] Demo at Sereine: Chocolate-making & Dinner Experience with Le Jardinier NYC

When: Friday, March 22nd at 6:00pm

Description: Guests will discover a Sweet Soirée dedicated to making & tasting their own decadent chocolate bonbons. Embarking on a delightful journey with The Bastion Collection’s Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone in Le Jardinier’s elegant private dining space, Sereine. For the first hour, guests will enjoy a glass of bubbles, as Chef Salvatore guides them through the art of crafting chocolate bonbons with a hands-on decorating experience. Following, guests will gather at an elegant communal table and enjoy a 4-course menu featuring Oysters, Cocoa Ravioli Pasta, Duck and a Dark Chocolate and Caramel Sabayon as the finale. When: Tuesday, April 2nd at 7:00pm

Description: Step into the world of elegance as Le Jardinier invites guests to an evening with Opus One Winery. This April, guests will gather at Le Jardinier’s community-style table as Michelin-starred Executive Chef Andrew Ayala and Opus One’s France Posener, a thirty-five year veteran of the winery, guide guests through an exclusive culinary journey: featuring a three-course menu paired with several premium vintages of Opus One. Tickets priced at $685++ per guest.
