Fairy Tales, Flashbulbs and Fierce Gowns: Azazie’s Star-Studded Night at Greystone

Last night, my dear gentle readers, high above the city of lights of Beverly Hills, Azazie unveiled its next chapter in the storybook by inviting the fashion girls and Hollywood IT-crowd to the sprawling, iconic Greystone Mansion to present the Azazie Ball.

Yes, that Azazie — the bridal and occasionwear brand you’ve likely seen on your “for you” page threw a major influencer party that gave Cinderella-meets-Bridgerton vibes with a TikTok twist. Guests entered through a literal mansion-sized storybook, gliding past Cinderella-style carriages (after snapping photos, of course) and into an immersive space that felt more fairytale fantasy than everyday product launch.

Plenty of photo ops throughout the mansion, including its storied staircase as well as live sketch artists and yes, actual knights in shining armor.

The VIP Guestlist: Influencers and Hollywood IT crowd

Last night’s guest list was an invite-only collection of influencers, content creators, and celebrities — all with followings in the thousands (and some in the millions). Guests included Normani, the multi-hyphenate and former Fifth Harmony powerhouse who also performed later in the evening, Anastasia Karanikolaou, Gabi Moura, Chloe Sims, Madi Monroe, Mary and Romain Bonnet, Liv Walker, and Davina Potratz.

While Normani was wearing a custom dress which will soon become available online, the ball was completely awash in women dressed in the brand’s best: from gowns to faux fur stoles, tiaras, and handbags.

A Ball Built for Social

Throughout the estate, spaces told the fairytale story: candlelit lounges, live illustrators capturing portraits, violinists, curated cocktails, and installations designed for cameras.

The panoramic views of Beverly Hills below further lent a cinematic scope to pics. Greystone Mansion, a 1928 Tudor Revival masterpiece, has long been a favorite among filmmakers. Its grand staircase, towering Italian cypress trees, ponds with water lilies, fountains and opulent interiors have graced the screens of numerous productions, including There Will Be Blood, Ghostbusters II, Spider-Man, Gilmore Girls, The Big Lebowski and The Social Network  — as well as music videos like Mariah Carey’s “We Belong Together” and Elton John’s “I Want Love.” It’s a modern estate that encapsulates LA magic: whispering tales of Hollywood’s golden age and some dark dramatic mysteries while simultaneously standing as a current muse for artists, filmmakers, and content creators alike.

Later, after DJ Shai rocked sets throughout the early evening, Normani hit the spotlight for a live performance, singing her hit “Dancing with a Stranger” for guests who crowded around the stage.

From Clicks to Red Carpet — And Now, a Beverly Hills Boutique

Known for disrupting the bridal space with made-to-order gowns and a strong digital-first presence, Azazie has steadily expanded its reach from wedding parties to red carpets. And now, the opening of a Beverly Hills boutique, designed to further boost the brand’s growing community of influencers, stylists, and Hollywood tastemakers.

The showroom, just minutes from Greystone, offers fittings and direct access to the brand’s most coveted collections, including the new Atelier line. A smart move in an era where TikTok stars and content creators are increasingly the front row — if not also the runway.

From Ball to Shopping Experience And Straight Into Your Closet

Every look worn at the Azazie Ball — from full-on romantic silhouettes of bridal and ballgowns to jewel-toned showstoppers — is available to shop now on Azazie’s online site. Or, of course, their LA boutique on Robertson. For those who live in LA, it’s a great reminder to always be red carpet ready.
