On Saturday, May 14th, Netflix hosted and celebrated the screening of ‘Stranger Things 4’ at Netflix Studios in Brooklyn, New York.
After three years since the last release of the highly anticipated show, stars and creators hit the Global red carpet event to celebrate the completion of season 4. This season, fans and viewers will see the characters entering high school, and the friendship group is separated for the first time. They will have to balance the complexities of high school and the surfacing of a new supernatural threat, creating a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down.
During the evening, guests and attendees heard remarks from Bela Bajaria of Netflix, followed by Shawn Levy and Matt & Ross Duffer. The Duffer Brothers spoke about the amount of time it took to create this season and the group of people who assisted in the creation process. They also expressed their appreciation to Netflix, producers, and the cast, referring to them as the “beating heart of the show.” They went on to say, “I’m just so excited for people to see what you guys did this year.”
Stranger Things season 4 will be released in two volumes. The first will premiere on May 27th and the second on July 1st.
