Exclusive: Coffey Anderson Talks New Show ‘Country Ever After’ on Netflix [Video]

Coffey and Criscilla Anderson are not your average couple and their family dynamic is unmatched compared to other families on reality television.

Country Ever After on Netflix showcases Coffey Anderson, who is a biracial Country singer, his wife Criscilla who is a white Hip-Hop dancer and their three children. Throughout the first season, which is a total of twelve episodes, you’ll see a mixture of everything- including Criscilla’s colon cancer journey into her remission while she also watching how Coffey puts himself out there as an independent artist living in California. Coffey is known to connect with is fans via the internet and its many streaming services. One day, one of his videos went viral and from that moment on he received multiple offers from various networks. He is absolutely content with partnering with Netflix and for Netflix giving him and his family the opportunity to showcase who they really are. A family who loves each other and who supports one another, no matter what.

Aside from their very different career paths, both Coffey and Criscilla definitely see eye-to-eye on one specific topic and that is their three children. Both Coffey and Criscilla are Christians and met at church. Fast forward ten years later, and they are now instilling those same values they grew up with into their children. As I spoke with the country singer, I couldn’t help but ask about his cosmic and unrelenting faith and where did he get it from. The humbled singer mentioned his upbringings with his parents- especially his dad- who also appears on the show, and how he always had this faith instilled in him. It was always in him and never left him, not even throughout his marriage or when raising his children.

As the country singer supports his wife’s cancer, once again, throughout her medical treatments in Spain, Coffey knows he has to support his family the best way possible. And that is to be there for them during these difficult moments, at home and nowhere else.
