Exclusive: British Actor Tamara Smart Talks Starring in Disney’s ‘Artemis Fowl’ & More [Video]

Fans of science fantasy adventure are in for a treat as Disney brings to life the 2001 novel, “Artemis Fowl.”

Artemis Fowl, originally an eight series novel written by Eion Colfer was intended to be a theatrical release, however, was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. The fantasy film starring Colin Farrell, Judi Dench, Josh Gad, Ferdia Shaw, Tamara Smart and Nonso Anozie details the adventures of Artemis Fowl II [Ferdia Shaw], an Irish 12-year-old genius and prodigy of wealthy businessman Artemis Fowl Senior [Colin Farrell]. When his father is kidnapped by a vengeful fairy, Artemis Fowl II teams up with his faithful servant [Nonso Anozie], a dwarf [Josh Gad], a fairy [Lara McDonnell] and a new friend [Tamara Smart] to search for a magical item the Fowl family has stolen in order to rescue his father. The adventure film is now available on Disney+.
