BCBG Celebrates the Opening of their Soho Store

For its second location in New York City the brand is debuting a new store concept that is bold, contemporary and clean and will certainly appeal to New Yorkers.

BCBG‘s newest beautiful 5,200-square-foot space located in the heart of the most fashionable neighborhood in the city, features an updated store concept and layout, looking more like a exclusive lounge you go hang out at after work, than an actual clothing store. At 77 Mercer Street you will however find all the brand’s staples: from their beautiful dresses and elegant workwear to shoes, handbags, jewelry. Even a high end sportswear line and a new denim line.

Founded in 1989 by Tunisian fashion designer Max Azria, BCBG’s fashion fans include the likes of Angelina Jolie, Rachel Bilson, Eva Mendes, Kate Winslet, Victoria Beckham, Alicia Keys and Catherine Zeta-Jones. Azria based his vision and his company name on “bon chic, bon genre,” Parisian slang for “good style, good attitude.”

Bloggers, influencers, industry insiders and fashion editors from InStyle Magazine attended the glitzy opening and were delighted to discover BCBG’s new Fall/Winter 2018 collection. The fashionable crowd looked like the just came out of a BCBG look book: all dressed up, turning heads in show-stopping outfits, in perfect New York fashion.
