Campo Viejo hosted a perfect Galentine’s Day Dinner on February 13th, at the picture-perfect Pietro Nolita in SoHo. WeWoreWhat’s Danielle Bernstein invited close friends and their BFF’s for a #PartnerinWine Dinner. Guests were spoiled with an intimate sugar, wine, and candy tasting event, complete with a three-course meal.
Ladies were able to enjoy Pietro Nolita’s pink atmosphere, and spend time with their best gal pals.
The food and wine tasting included Peanut Butter Caramels, Fuji Caramel apples, and signature drinks accented with sugary cotton candy, Campo Viejo’s Tempranillo, Rose Cava, and Campo Viejo’s Reserva were among some of the wines guests were able to taste.
Tempranillo was paired perfectly with Sugarfina’s Peanut Butter Caramels, and flavors were intensified with vanilla and cocoa and served alongside the Polpette appetizer.
For a more rich and decadent flavor, Caramel apples were paired with Campo Viejo’s Reserva wine and served with Spaghetto Al Pomodoro and a Risotto Al Funghi.
Bistecca di Manzo was served with Campo Viejo’s Gran Reserva and a delicious red wine caper sauce.
Sugarfina provided sweets and candy for desserts and guests left with packaged candied, a Campo Viejo goody bag, and a signature wine bottle.
