Future and The Weekend have finally released a visual to their hit collab on Future’s latest album Hndrxx.
The rapper and singer head underground to immerse watchers in a new world that isn’t too common in a music video in this day in age. There are cute girls in the video of course, but no clubs or mansions. The Atlanta native announced the video’s release via Twitter this past Thursday. The visual is an apple music exclusive, but we’ve linked a sneak peek clip for you to watch below.
The eerie visual gives off weird vibes, but in a good way. As you can see below, the video has beginning credits that resemble those found in horror films. The inclusion of the grainy edits on the video solidify its vibe as something spooky, even though the visual ties to the track perfectly.
Future is currently working hard while he’s on tour. The trap rapper debuted two albums back to back this year – a self-titled project alongside Hndrxx – and he’s got 2017 on lock. He performed a medley of his songs at Coachella this year and the crowd went wild. Since the tour is still going on in select cities, you can view available tickets here.
