Treat is New York’s Top Medspa that is Leading Skincare Treatments—Including the Salmon Sperm Facial

Seeking some skin rejuvenation? Or looking to enhance your appearance? Treat, a luxurious new medspa in New York City that provides medical-grade services and advanced treatments through state-of-the-art technology, is the place to visit this winter season for all your beauty needs. Skincare can be overwhelming, but at Treat, they simplify it for you and provide the expertise to achieve your goals.

Located at 244 5th Avenue in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood, Treat offers a wide variety of services and procedures like Botox, Hydrafacials, laser hair removal, fillers, microneedling with salmon sperm and much more. But what makes Treat stand out from other medspas is they utilize the Aura 3D imaging system, which captures a photo-realistic digital photo of your face and neck and provides a highly comprehensive analysis of your features, pore size, depth of wrinkles, skin texture, sun damage and even facial angles—empowering you with personalized recommendations on treatments best suited for you.

Founded by Lindsay Malachowski, Sarah Bonner, and Ryan Bloch, Treat was established on innovation, excellence and results. By combining luxury skincare with cutting-edge medical aesthetics—they are the first medspa in Manhattan to offer Aura—their goal is to have every treatment be deeply transformative from the inside out. The Knockturnal can attest that Treat is genuinely succeeding in their mission. We recently made a visit to their serene medspa to receive a microneedling with salmon sperm facial and were impressed with the results as well as their hospitality along with their client care.

The microneedling session was overall a painless, no-fuss experience that was performed with precision and care. The treatment began with a topical numbing cream and then the friendly aesthetician used a pen-like device with sterile needles on my face to create tiny punctures in the skin, triggering the body’s natural healing process to boost collagen and elastin, which rejuvenates skin by reducing fine lines, acne scars, and hyperpigmentation. The process also shrinks pores and helps improve skin texture and tone, all while strengthening the skin barrier for visible rejuvenation and stimulating new tissue growth.

My microneedling was paired with salmon sperm—also known as a PDRN facial—that has become one of the latest regenerative therapies gaining global acclaim for its ability to enhance skin health and beauty. More than a trend, it’s a science-backed method of revitalizing your skin’s natural glow. Surprisingly, salmon have a 97% genetic similarity to human DNA. By combining the anti-aging and regenerative properties of salmon DNA with microneedling, the two improves skin texture, reduces wrinkles and promotes healing. The PDRN serum is infused into the skin through the micro-channels created by microneedling and as a result, it’s an incredible treatment that boosts collagen production, calms inflammation and leaves the skin even smoother, brighter, and more radiant.

Post-treatment, I experienced some blood, redness and warmth that felt like a sunburn on my face. The blood went away after a few hours and I resumed normal activities the next day by wearing a mask to cover my redness. By day three, my skin started to flake and by the end of the week, my face was back to normal. About two weeks after the treatment, my complexion appeared smoother, firmer, and more luminous.

For any skin treatment in Manhattan, we highly recommend Treat medspa. Your experience will be satisfying as well as the results of the treatments due to their qualified, personable and experienced staff. Each procedure is done right with your needs in mind.
