The cultural phenomenon known as Trapstar, founded by Lee, Mike& Will have time and time again redefined how fashion is represented and marketed to the public by keeping their hands firmly on the pulse of their community. This season’s Redline collection foregrounds texture and technique. The creative team looked to the world that formed their perspective, drawing direct inspiration from UK Garage music — a genre that emerged in the 1990s from R&B and reggae and grew in popularity in 2016 — and its role in shaping London’s cultural identity. Working with instinct and immediacy, they developed a line that captures the raw, untapped energy of streetwear and the environment that fuels it. Trapstar has long mastered the art of intrigue, operating by the principle that unpredictability is power. With a disruptive, non-linear approach to fashion, the brand delivers pieces that move in step with the evolution of style while consistently feeling fresh and driven by techniques that are distinctly its own.
Across the collection, premium materials — from full-grain leather anchoring standout silhouettes to intricately embroidered appliqué — define the visual and tactile story. Signature treatments such as coated and flocked denim and refined wool constructions spotlight the natural character of each fabric, transformed and elevated through meticulous craftsmanship and technical finish. Previously unseen designs have been unearthed from the archive, spotlighting the team’s enduring creative range and long-standing design language. The collection also features select works from their late designer Nico — first honored in the prior release, Redline Nico Style — extending his legacy while pushing the broader Redline narrative into its next chapter.
The highly-anticipated Trapstar sneaker also debuted this season with three distinct designs that each deliver a new perspective for the sneaker community. Leading the drop is the Colosseum sneaker — driven by Nico’s vision and drawing from 2005 trends and 2012 culture — merging nostalgia with innovative edge. In keeping with the brand’s ethos, these silhouettes are made for the steppers, not the runners — built to command presence rather than pace. The Trapstar Redline collection reinforces the label’s legacy, cementing its status as a household name synonymous with effortless style and confidence.
Special guests included Cash Cobain, Stunna Sandy, Thickney, Albee Al, athletes Miles Sanders and Khadarel Hodge, KidSuper and many more. Right before the final walk, Cash Cobain surprised guests with a performance, perfectly capturing the spontaneity of NYC life and streetwear.
