Sony Pictures is bringing ordinary groceries to a theater near you.
The entertainment company has just released the first trailer for their upcoming film Sausage Party.
Sausage Party is the company’s first R-Rated CG animated movie. The film revolves around a single sausage that leads a group of supermarket products on a quest to discover the truth about their existence and what really happens when they become chosen to leave the grocery store.
Big time comedians Seth Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Jonah Hill, Bill Hader, Michael Cera, James Franco, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, Paul Rudd, Nick Kroll, David Krumholtz, Edward Norton and Salma Hayek all lent their talented vocals to bring these groceries to life.
The film is set to release nationwide on August 12.
